Kangaroo Valley Museum
Kangaroo Valley Museum was established in 1969 and originally located east of the village on privately owned land.
The Historical Society lobbied the Minister for Lands to make available land adjacent to the Hampden Bridge for the establishment of a Museum and recreational facilities. This was agreed and the Kangaroo Valley Museum Park was opened on the 10th November 1973 at 2029 Moss Vale Road, Kangaroo Valley. A Management Plan was put in place to manage the property with reporting to the NSW government office in Nowra.

Cabbage-tree palm lined basket This oval lidded basket, made from hand plaited cabbage-tree palm is a rare object. It is also the only surviving cabbage-tree palm article known to have been made by an Indigenous person.
James Hay Memorial Plaque The James Hay Memorial Plaque was gifted by the Kangaroo Valley Community and placed in the Presbyterian Church in Kangaroo Valley. This was reported in the Daily Telegraph, Wednesday 26 February 1902. In 1930s the Presbyterian Church was demolished.
Butter Pats
Made of wood used for shaping butter in container. Used locally in Kangaroo Valley in early 20th century.
Nurse Richards Porcelein Bed Pan
Used in early 20th century.
Wooden Butter Stamp
Used to make pattern on dish of butter for presentation. Used in late 19th and early 20th century.
Calf Weaning Muzzle
Applied to nose of calf. When calf tries to take milk from mother the nail irritate the cow's udder and the calf gets pushed away. The cow is not injured in anyway just irritated.
Silver Cuumb Brush
Dining table accessory the the early 20th century.

Human Yoke
This lightweight wooden yoke fits across the shoulders and neck enabling two pails, buckets to be carried via a rope on each end. Quite comfortable and easy to use.
Japanese Vase
Cloisonne enamelled decorated blue vase with a floral design. Meiji dynasty, circa 1900-1920.
Leather Picture Frame
The leather work on this picture frame was made by local Kangaroo Valley resident Elsie Campbell in the early 20th century.

World War One trench art bell made from a discharged shell.

Rendall Cottage
This cottage was built in the late 19th century and located at Bendeela. Relocated to the Pioneer Settlement Reserve in the 1970s and opened to the public Movember 1973.
